Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management with focus in liaison of project details and new / regular orders
  • Supply chain development and vendor validation
  • Well-organized in handling daily operations including cost budgeting, quotation preparation and order arrangement
  • Logistic planning / management
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Work closely with designers, production team, project team & contractors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in business studies / building studies / marketing or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in customer management / services
  • 2 years of experience in project settings
  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Efficient in Excel and other office tools
  • Willing to travel to China / Oversea when required

Responsibilities:

  • Draft shop and exhibition designs for presentation to team members and clients
  • Prepare full-set drawings and 2D production drawings
  • Assist clients with designs for visual merchandising displays and promotional events
  • Identify, communicate and resolve project issues as a team
  • Advise team members and clients on shop operation and aesthetics elements
  • Coordinate installation and liaise with clients and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Degree, diploma, interior design or relevant discipline graduate
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, AI, Photoshop
  • Experience in the retail, boutiques, stores and fixtures are advantages
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; less qualified candidates will be considered for Assistant Interior Designer or Designer Trainee
  • Familiar with construction techniques and material application is a plus
  • Contracting/project coordination experience would also be an asset
  • Independent, good communication skills, take initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle high end luxury retail projects
  • Responsible for overall management of assigned projects; including tasks assignment, schedule setting, progress control, quality, cost control and customer relationship
  • Attend regular site meeting and organize work priority
  • Coordination with third parties including contractors, engineers, designers, technicians and operators
  • Identify risks and problems solving in project life cycle
  • Improvement of work flow to achieve faster turnaround time of projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degrees / Diploma in Architecture / Building Construction or Interior Design or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field is preferred;
  • At least 2 years experience in managerial level;
  • Strong technical background and site experience;
  • Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing;
  • Good communication and sound relationship with various parties including clients partners and subcontractors;
  • Leadership skills with positive character, and sensitivity to deadlines;
  • Established history of working relationship with reliable contracts of factories, contractors and trades;
  • Customer-oriented, excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Multi-tasking and capable to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
  • Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD. Adobe PS, AI. 3D;
  • Frequently travel to mainland China, Macau & Overseas;
  • Less qualification / experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
